Counselling is a journey, and involves a working relationship that provides space for inner discovery, helping to develop potential and meaning. The process provides a non-judgmental and empathic space where issues can be transformed.
As a counsellor I feel very privileged to be part of my clients’ journey however short the time that I work alongside them. Each individual decides the direction, whether it is to heal past unresolved issues, work through trauma or explore and work through current struggles.
Engaging in this courageous work the client can start to feel more empowered, able to overcome their obstacles and able to change their life.
